I'm doin pretty well right now.. got down to a loss of 3 pounds...and i've been keeping the pace on my HIIT training... but I'm kinda wondering when I'll see a big difference in weight loss... I feel lighter and my pants are slightly dropping...
Great job with the cardio session the other day! I try to drink 4 cups of tea a day (usually English tea, though sometimes Green tea) and I definitely find that it helps.
